I’m a nervous wreck. Like I’m a sober away from throwing up because I can’t shake this anxiety. And it didn’t help that when I ordered groceries online and I thought they took the money out but instead xfinity swooped in and took the money I’m not gonna survive

Taking it waaayyy back @Steve_McNear but it’s a great comparison. My gigabit internet from @comcast feel like same quality as 1998 AOL dial up. Drops calls. Drops video. It’s horrible and @comcastcares has known about it for weeks but keeps lying and closing the issue report.

@DriveKMJ simple solution. Don’t enjoy life. Enjoying anything nowadays costs money and will continue to go up. Fuel goes up, PGE lights a fire and goes up, Xfinity goes up etc.

Comcast service update: promised 1hr callback from @comcastcares Maintenance Supervisor is now 47hrs outstanding. Also, requested DMs to Christine @comcast have been met with help desk level bot responses. Comcast doesn’t even care about being outed for stealing on Twitter. SMH

@ChrisMarlowe @at Bundled pricing discounts. Centurylink internet really sucks in my area, so had to stick w/ Comcast. And now they’re charging me data overages too, that I never had before.
