Worst haircut my son has gotten. Didn’t even blend his hair on the back. It looks choppy and just plain horrible. I would have made them fix it right there, but I didn’t take him. Shame on you for letting your customers walk out like that!Haircut

Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueI always take my son here but they last few times have been bad experiences! I tried to give them a chance to see if they would do a better job but nope! This will be the last time I take him! I am So upset of how his haircut came out the back of his hairline is crooked and behind his ears as well and I just don’t understand how they seem to not care if it’s bad or not. I called to tell them I want a refund just for them to tell me well can you bring him back and we will fix it but I said no because I don’t want to go back there anymore because they always seem to disappoint me and I’d rather take my son somewhere where they know what they are doing! Now I have to wait to speak to their store manager who is on vaca and wait too get my money back because they can’t refund me my money only she can. That’s so frustrating and inconvenient of them. This place is great for stopping by to get a quick haircut. I didn’t have to wait long. The stylist I had was very nice and she did a good job, I got an inverted bob haircut, and she got it exactly as I had hoped for. The prices have gone up, so I felt a little over charged, considering my service didn’t even include a shampoo. It also could have been cleaner.

We are new to the area and asked around about great places to get a hair cut and were surprised when we kept hearing Supercuts by Walmart. We decided to give it a shot and we are so glad we did. The services and price were on point. We not only got great cuts but everyone else that was getting theirs were just as pleased. Highly recommend.

They were more worried about getting to the next customer than doing a good job on my daughter & myself. Asked for a shampoo & cut for both of us. They did not shampoo all of my hair nor did they rinse us off thoroughly. Which made my scalp itch & was worse for my daughter who has eczema. The cut was uneven & not at all what I asked for. The whole experience took about 30 minutes for the both of us including the wait time. We were in & out so fast I had to run my fingers through my hair a couple of times on the way home to make sure I actually got it cut. They were abrupt, a bit rude & made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The super cuts on Airline or in the Bluff offer better service & they are nice.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Place gets packed and they RUSH your cut. Trimmers they use are old and snag your hair. $20 for a cut. You walk out embarrassed feeling like you’ve been robbed. Go to Cost Cutters or Sports Clips for a proper hair cut. Never again

Iv only been here twice and I don’t know what happen but the girl there messed up my hair cut she tried to correct it and ya she fixed it as best she could I dont think she quite understood what i was asking for in the first place but she fixed it..but when my husband got his refixed she honestly made it worse the fade was uneven on both sides..we didn’t want to go back any more.. I don’t think I’ll ever go back again sadly..she tried her best to correct the mistakes all around I think they still need training there..

I took my daughter up to Supercuts cuz I heard that they had good hair stylists. But after waiting 45 minutes and still on the bottom of the list I decided it was time to give up and decided they were way too slow to take a four-year-old to get her haircut.
